The Minimum 4-Set Home Construction Package:
If you're comfortable with arduous follow-up, this package can save you a few dollars by giving you the option of passing down houseplan sets as work progresses. You might have enough copies to go around if work goes exactly as scheduled and no houseplans are lost or damaged by subcontractors. But for only $50 more, the 8-set package eliminates these worries. * This Blueprint Package is Recommended For Pre- Construction Bidding *

The 1 Set-Study Set:
We offer this set so you can study the home blueprints to plan your dream home in detail. They are stamped "study set only-not for construction" and you cannot build a home from them. In pursuant to copyright laws, it is illegal to reproduce any blueprint. 1 set-study sets cannot be ordered in a reversed or “mirror image” format.

If you find after your initial purchase that you require additional sets of home plans, a materials list, or other items, you may purchase them from us at special reorder prices (please call for pricing details) provided that you reorder within six months of your original order date.
